摘要
Abstract
To reduce the production and processing costs of plate stereoscopic warehouse,it is necessary to simplify and lightweight the pallet structure.This paper analyzes the parameter sensitivity of the bearing performance of the structural square tube in terms of profile selection,and summarizes the quality and performance of the square tube.Through topology optimization calculation,the optimal material distribution solution of the pallet is abtained,the optimal pallet structure is designed and its parameters are optimized.The response surface model is established by fitting parameters with sparse grid Initialization,and the model is optimized by MOGA to obtain the optimal solution of parameters.By matching different square tubes and optimal solutions,the different optimization effects are achieved.关键词
