摘要
Abstract
VSA is used to study the tolerance and preassembly of a certain type of fuselage panel.According to engineering requirements and assembly coordination program,the tolerance of all the optimal key characteristics satisfying control objectives is given.The precision model based on measured data is established to perform the preassembly precision analysis.The assembly quality is measured and compared with the preassembly model,and the results prove to be consistent with one another,which shows that VSA model based on manufacture data can be used to predict the assembly result and has certain engineering application value.关键词
