低地板有轨电车平稳性影响要素分析
Analysis of Factors Affecting the Smoothness of Low-floor Trams
摘要
Abstract
In terms of both vehicle parameters and track excitatio,this paper explores the causes for exceedance index of low-floor tram smoothness in vehicle design phase.The optimization analysis of the key vehicle parameters shows that the reduction of the second system stiffness and damping can improve the smoothness of the vehicle appropriately,but excessive small stiffness and damping hinder the improvement in engineering applications.The analysis of the time and frequency domain characteristics of the U.S.five-level spectrum and the German high interference spectrum shows that the high frequency vibration energy of the short wave of the track spectrum is the reason for the exceedance index of tram smoothness.It is proposed that periodical rail grinding be carried out for controlling the vibration energy of track short wave.关键词
