摘要

Abstract

Objectives The support effectiveness of energy-absorbing anti-scouring hydraulic support,serving as the core component to safeguard hydraulic cylinder operation during rock burst incidents,is a critical criterion for evaluating its performance.Methods Based on the widely used square pre-folded energy-absorbing component,the fish swarm optimization algorithm is adopted,and the numerical simulation and data processing software are used to establish the optimization process of energy-absorbing component,and the rib area of energy-absorbing component is obtained,and the feasibility of the scheme is proved by com-paring it with the original component.Results The results show that:(1)the square pre-folded energy-absorbing component is composed of 8 trapezoidal and 8 triangles,which are arranged symmetrically along the central axis.By analyzing the deformation of the component,it can be seen that the deformation area is concentrated in the upper part of the triangle area and the bottom of the trapezoidal area,and there is a trend to extend to the top along the two waist pre-folds,and the plastic deformation zone appears in the middle of the trapezoidal side wall;(2)by thickening the square pre-folded energy-absorbing component lo-cally,the attenuation degree of the force-displacement curve after the end of the elastic segment deformation is significantly reduced;(3)compared with the original component,the optimized component crush peak load increases,and the support performance is improved to varying degrees,and the optimization effect of energy-absorbing component is good.Conclusions The new optimization method of adding ribs in this paper is reliable and feasible,and has important significance for preventing rock burst.
