附加抗侧耗能装置的可恢复功能装配式柱脚节点抗震性能试验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Experimental study on seismic behavior of earthquake-resilient prefabricated column foot joint with lateral force-resisting energy-consuming devices
基于塑性损伤控制、耗能元件可更换以及抗侧刚度分离等设计理念,提出了一种附加抗侧耗能装置的可恢复功能装配式柱脚节点,由底部铰接方钢管柱与抗侧耗能装置通过高强螺栓群拼装而成.为考察柱脚节点的抗震性能、震后修复性能以及低周疲劳性能,对3个边柱柱脚节点和1个中柱柱脚节点进行拟静力试验研究,获得了滞回曲线、骨架曲线、应力变化曲线、延性及耗能能力等性能指标.研究结果表明:柱脚节点具备良好的承载能力、耗能能力、抗震性能及震后修复性能,可以将结构的塑性损伤集中于抗侧耗能装置处,震后只需更换柱脚的抗侧耗能装置及高强螺栓即可恢复节点的使用功能;修复后的柱脚节点具备与原节点相似的力学性能,为多次修复提供了可能性;同时,柱脚节点经过30次循环低周疲劳加载后性能稳定,附加抗侧耗能装置可以作为位移相关型阻尼器使用;中柱柱脚节点的抗震性能相较边柱柱脚节点更佳,但应保证方钢管柱节点域处的焊缝质量.
Based on the design concepts of plastic damage control,replaceable energy dissipated elements and separation of lateral stiffness,a type of restorable prefabricated column foot joint with lateral force-resisting energy-consuming devices(LRECD)was proposed.It was composed of a square steel tube column hinged at the bottom and the LRECD through high-strength bolts.To investigate the seismic performance,repairable performance and low cycle fatigue performance of the column foot joint,pseudo static tests were conducted on three side column foot joints and one middle column foot joint.Performance indexes such as hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stress curves,ductility and energy dissipation capacity were obtained.The results show that the column foot joint has good bearing capacity,energy dissipation capacity,seismic performance and repairable performance after the earthquake.The design enables concentration of the plastic damage of the structure on the LRECD.After the earthquake,the function of the joint can be restored only by replacing the LRECD and high-strength bolts.The repaired joint has similar properties to the original joint,which provides the possibility of multiple repairs.At the same time,the foot joint exhibits stable performance after 30 cycles of low-cycle fatigue loading,and the LRECD can be used as a displacement related damper.The seismic performance of the middle column foot joint has significant advantages over the side column foot joint,but the quality of the weld at the square steel tube column joint area should be guaranteed.
