基于数字孪生的建筑工程交付模型建立及应用研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research on establishment and application of delivery model of construction engineering based on digital twin
建筑生命周期数据包含建筑项目立项、设计、施工、运维等过程的有价值信息,是重要的数据资产.目前建筑业尚未有统一的数字化交付标准,建筑工程交付数据同时存在完整性不足、利用率低等问题.为了更好地利用建筑信息,并用于工程交付,综合分析了目前数字化交付中的难点问题,总结了建筑项目各阶段所产生的数据特点以及交付对象,定义了需要交付的数据要素,在此基础上建立了建筑工程数字化交付模型.该模型以数字孪生框架为驱动,在数据模型构建过程中,引入了时空演化规律和虚实交互机制,以及对多维多尺度的建筑数据集成方式.基于交付模型开发了数字化交付平台,以实际工程案例为依托,以平台为载体,实现了交付模型的运行以及在工程中的功能应用.结果表明:数字化交付模型能较好地完成建筑数据从采集到传输到最后利用过程,简化相关方的交付步骤,保证了交付数据的完整性、及时性与真实性,对交付的数据能通过平台为参与方共享利用,提升数据利用率.
Building lifecycle data contains valuable information about the processes of project initiation,design,construction,operation,and maintenance,which are important data assets.At present,there is no unified digital delivery standard in the construction industry,and there are issues of insufficient integrity and low utilization of construction delivery data.In order to better deliver and utilize building information,the difficult issues in current digital delivery were comprehensively analyzed,the data characteristics and delivery objects generated in each stage of construction project were summarized,the data elements that need to be delivered were defined,and a digital delivery model for construction engineering was proposed.This model was driven by the digital twin framework.In the process of building the data model,the spatiotemporal evolution laws and the virtual real interaction mechanism were introduced,and the integration of multi-dimensional and multi-scale building data was studied.Based on actual engineering cases and platform as carriers,the operational process of the delivery model and its functional application in engineering were studied.The research results indicate that the digital delivery model can effectively complete the process of building data collection,transmission,and final utilization.The model simplifies the delivery steps of relevant parties,and ensures integrity,timeliness,and authenticity of the delivered data.The delivered data can be shared and utilized by participants through the platform to improve data utilization.
