Abstract
The service demand of community elderly service centers is mainly related to the age structure of the elderly in the community,the way of living,the cultural level,the economic level,and the allocation of community elderly service facilities,and the relevant elements in different communities are different and in dynamic change,so the spatial adaptability strategy should be considered at the beginning of the design of community elderly care service center.This paper proposes the spatial adaptability strategies of functional replacement,functional composite and functional renewal on the basis of highly adaptable spatial layout,in order to increase the spatial adaptability of community elderly service centers and suggest spatial design directions for the sustainable development of community elderly services.关键词
