基于CCRC理念的社区适老化空间优化策略研究

摘要
Abstract
With the rapid urbanization development and the increasing of the elderly population base,the city endowment demand and scale are growing increasingly.In order to alleviate the existing pension situation in our country,the current modes of endowment are mainly three kinds of family endowment,institution endowment and community endowment,and have the combination of the three modes in order to supplement their respective shortcomings.This paper analyzes the status quo of multi-generation symbiosis of existing retirement space in domestic communities and the needs of users,combines the characteristics of continuous care of CCRC with the existing problems in the design of public space in existing communities,and proposes the optimization strategy of age-appropriate space in view of the status quo of multi-generation people living together in existing communities,hoping to provide ideas for the overall construction of public space in existing communities.关键词
