人居环境科学视角下老旧社区微更新策略探析

Abstract
The current development model of cities in China is shifting from"incremental development"to"stock adjustment",and urban renewal is gradually becoming the mainstream of urban development.As the basic unit of the old city,old residential areas have a large quantity and a wide range,exposing problems such as disorderly environment,crowded space,and outdated facilities during the development process.Based on the scientific perspective of human settlement environment,this paper proposes a micro renewal and transformation strategy for old communities,focusing on three aspects:human settlement environment,public space,and landscape facilities.The strategy aims to provide reference for improving the living environment of old urban communities and provide more ideas for revitalizing community space.关键词
