Construction of OTHR quality analysis and evaluation model based on Five Characteristics
摘要
Abstract
In order to research the quality analysis and evaluation method of over the horizon radar(OTHR),this paper is based on the Five Characteristics(i.e.,reliability,maintainability,testability,guarantee,safety)index of radar equipment to establish an OTHR quality analysis and evaluation system,which comprehensively consid-ers the needs of radar maintenance and support,then by giving the meaning and calculation method of each index,uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation system,and fi-nally inputs the test data to obtain the quality score of radar.It is proved by examples that the proposed method can quantitatively calculate the quality of radar and provide a basis for radar maintenance.关键词
