Semi-autonomous teaching mode for professional courses of pre-selected NCOs in Radar Control specialty

为了在"两征两训"背景下最大程度释放教员时间资源、激发带兵骨干教学组训活力,提出了一种雷达操纵专业预选军士专业课程的半自主教学模式.以测报方位距离课程为例,分析了当前课程教学模式应用现状;提出了半自主教学模式,给出了教学模式的实施步骤.教学实践表明,半自主教学模式能够释放教员时间资源,提升教练员组训任教能力,有效缓解教学力量压力,符合"两征两训"任务下雷达操纵专业预选军士专业课程教学改革需求.

In order to maximize the release of teachers'time resources and stimulate the backbone officers'vitality of teaching-organization and training under the background of Two Recruitments and Two Trainings,this paper presents a semi-autonomous teaching mode for the professional courses of pre-selected Non-Commissioned Officers(NCOs)in Radar Control specialty.The paper first takes the course of Measuring and Reporting Azimuth and Range as an example to analyze the current application status of the course teaching mode,then puts forward the semi-autonomous teaching mode,and finally gives the implementing steps of the teaching mode.The teaching practice shows that the proposed semi-autonomous teaching mode can release the time resources of the teachers,improve the ability of the instructors to organize,train and teach,effectively relieve the pressure of the teaching force,and also meet the teaching reform requirements for the professional courses of pre-selected NCOs in Radar Control specialty under the mission of Two Recruitments and Two Trainings.
