Cohesive Development Model of Science Cities and National Strategic Scientific and Technological Forces
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Science cities have become an important part of the regional innovation system,and the integration and development of science cities with national strategic scientific and technological forces has provided an important grip and carrier for regional innovation and development as well as the construction of an innovative country.Research on the model of integration between science cities and national strategic scientific and technological forces,and analysis of their synergistic mechanism and evolution process are important issues to be solved to promote the high-quality development of science cities,and are of practical significance to promote the integrated development of education,science and technology,and human resources.[Research method]Based on the methods of literature research and case analysis,we systematically sort out the typical cases of science cities at home and abroad,analyze the different stages of development of science cities and their characteristics,as well as the forms of cooperation between science cities and various types of subjects of national strategic scientific and technological forces at different stages,and summarize and put forward the basic framework of the model of integrating science cities and national strategic scientific and technological forces.[Research conclusion]The process of science city development goes through the main stages of growth and development,and maturity,in which the national strategic scientific and technological forces assume the role of gathering innovation factors and integrating the science and innovation ecosystem.Various types of innovation subjects have different functional positions in the integration development model,and the integration model of science cities and national strategic scientific and technological forces has gone through three stages of evolution,and it is recommended to realize the integration of innovation through the classification and layout of innovation subjects,the creation of innovation ecology,and the establishment of synergistic governance system and other measures.关键词
