临夏回族自治州中小学生超重肥胖现状及影响因素分析
Current situation and influencing factors of overweight and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of overweight and obesity among primary and secondary school students in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture in 2020,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of regional overweight and obesity.Methods 3 076 students from grades 4～6 of primary,middle and high schools were selected as subjects by stratified cluster sampling.Physi-cal examination and questionnaire survey were conducted to the subjects.χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity.Results The rate of overweight and obesity of 3 076 students was 21.9%.The results of the multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risks of overweight and obesity of primary school students were higher than those of general high school students,and higher in boys than in girls(all P<0.05).Sleeping for 8 hours or more per day was a protective factor against overweight and obesity(P<0.05).There were different effects of diet,exercise behav-ior and sleep on students with different characteristics.Conclusion The rate of overweight and obesity is at a moderate to low level among primary and secondary school students in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture.Age,gender and sleep are the main influencing factors of overweight and obesity.Targeted measures such as healthy diet,reasonable exercise and sufficient sleep should be taken to intervene in overweight and obesity of students with different characteristics.关键词
