妊娠丢失专病数据库的构建与应用
Construction and application of a specialized database for pregnancy loss
摘要
Abstract
Objective We aimed to construct a specialized database for pregnancy loss(PL)and examine its application value in clinical research.Methods An expert team from the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University conducted the research and discussions to establish a standard dataset for PL.The database was constructed using an Electronic Data Capture(EDC)system,featuring a user-friendly interface.Moreover,it provides services such as data querying,filtering,data export,statistical analysis visualization,and clinical research functions.Results A standard dataset for PL was established,consisting of 509 fields including patient demographic information,reproductive and menstrual history,medical history,antenatal medical records,pregnancy outcomes,and follow-up details.The database documented 1 955 cases of PL from 2019 to 2022,facilitating the exploration of related etiology and the establishment of a predictive model for recurrent PL.Conclusion The PL database provides efficient data management tools for healthcare profes-sionals and researchers,offering significant value in clinical research and disease prediction.It Can effectively enhances research efficiency and provides a solid foundation for evidence-based medical research.关键词
