高嵌体修复根管治疗后缺损后牙的远期效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the long-term effect of all porcelain onlays used in posterior root canal treatment for posterior tooth restoration in the retrospective study,and compare the clinical effect of treatment on premolars and molars.Methods:The study included 237 patients(261 teeth)who visited the Department of Stomatology of the author's hospital from January 2014 to September 2017.The teeth were divided into premolar group(n=65)and molar group(n=196).The FDI World Dental Federation evaluation criteia was used to evaluate the prosthesis,the restoration success rate,restoration re-tention rate,restoration replacement rate and abutment survival rate over a period of 5～10 years were analyzed,and the effi-cacy of the two groups of affected were compared.Results:The overall restoration success rate was 87.36％(228/261),the restoration retention rate was 91.19％(238/261),the replacement rate was 8.81％(23/261),and the abutment survival rate was 98.08％(256/261)in the premolars and molars groups.There was no significant difference in the success rate,retention rate,prosthesis replacement rate,abutment survival rate and clinical restoration effect between the premolar group and the mo-lar group(P＞0.05).The adjacent anatomical morphology of the restoration in the premolar group was better than that in the molar group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:According to the results of this study,the application of onlays in the restoration of teeth after posterior root canal therapy can obtain a ideal long-term restoration results,and the adjacency relationship of premolars is maintained better than that of molars.关键词
