湖北恩施大型真菌物种多样性及区系特征OACSTPCD
Species Diversity and Flora Characteristics of Macrofungi in Enshi of Hubei Province
对恩施市大型真菌资源及区系特征进行了研究和评价.结果:恩施市有大型真菌 52 科 109 属 199 种,其中食用菌 32 种,药用菌 20 种,有毒菌 38 种,食药兼用菌 9 种,未知用途有 100 种,近危 1 种,无危 67 种;优势科为蘑菇科 Agaricaceae、牛肝菌科Boletaceae、粉褶蕈科Entolomataceae、多孔菌科Polyporaceae、红菇科Rus-sulaceae、鹅膏科Amanitaceae、丝盖伞科Inocybaceae、马勃科Lycoperdaceae、类脐菇科Omphalotaceae、球盖菇科Strophariaceae、口蘑科Tricholomataceae;优势属为粉褶菌属Entoloma、鹅膏属Amanita、丝盖伞属Inocybe、红菇属Russula、白环蘑属 Leucoagaricus、乳菇属 Lactarius、牛肝菌属 Boletus;以属为基础可划分为世界分布属(77.06%)、热带—亚热带分布属(9.18%)、北温带分布属(10.09%)、东亚—北美分布属(2.75%)、地中海—西亚—中亚分布属(0.92%),表现为北温带和热带—亚热带分布为主的区系特征,在亲缘关系上与相邻的重庆大巴山最接近.
The resources and flora characteristics of macrofungi in Enshi City were studied and evaluated.Results:There were 52 families,109 genera and 199 species of macrofungi in Enshi City,including 32 species of edible fungi,20 species of medici-nal fungi,38 species of poisonous fungi,9 species of edible and medicinal fungi,100 species of unknown use,1 species of near danger and 67 species of no danger.The dominant families were Agaricaceae,Boletaceae,Entolomataceae,Polyporaceae,Rus-sulaceae,Amanitaceae,Inocybaceae,Lycoperdaceae,Omphalotaceae,Strophariaceae,Tricholomataceae.The dominant genera were Entoloma,Amanita,Inocybe,Russula,Leucoagaricus,Lactarius and Boletus.Based on the genus,it can be divided into the world distribution genus(77.06%),tropical-subtropical distribution genus(9.18%),north temperate distribution genus(10.09%),East Asia-North America distribution genus(2.75%),Mediterranean-West Asia-Central Asia distribution genus(0.92%),which shows the floristic characteristics of north temperate and tropical-subtropical distribution,and is closest to the adjacent Daba Mountain in Chongqing in terms of genetic relationship.
