摘要

Abstract

As a convenient catering product,Pre-prepared dishes are gradually developing into a new choice for families of urban and rural residents.The article comprehensively elaborates on the current development status and characteristics of China's pre-prepared dishes industry from the perspectives of market development scale,participating business entities and supply chain development models,deeply analyzes the main problems in the development of China's prefabricated vegetable industry.Finally,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of China's pre-prepared dishes industry in the new era from continuously accelerating the construction of pre-prepared dishes development infrastructure,focusing on increasing industrial technology research and innovation,improving the level of industry organization.
