连作对菊花生长及其根际土壤养分的影响OACSTPCD

Response of Chrysanthemum Growth and Rhizosphere Soil Nutrients to Long-Term Continuous Cropping

为探明连作对菊花生长及其根际土壤养分的影响.以无连作(CK)、连作 2 年(CM2)、9 年(CM9)的菊花及其根际土壤为研究对象,测定菊花的农艺性状及其根际土壤养分含量,分析不同连作年限下菊花生长指标及根际土壤养分含量的变化特点.连作导致土壤养分失调、菊花生长不良、品质降低.长期(9 年)连作,使土壤有机碳、全钾含量较对照分别降低了 39%、5%,全氮、全磷含量分别增加了 60%、71%;菊花根系长度、根粗、表面积分别较对照降低 31%、22%、39%;菊花株高、茎粗、花径分别减少了 20.0 cm、1.6 mm、10.0 cm.研究分析了连作下菊花生长状况及土壤化学性质的变化,为菊花连作障碍的防治提供理论支撑与技术参考.

In order to explore the effects of continuous cropping on the growth of chrysanthemums and the nu-trient status of rhizosphere soil.The study took chrysanthemums and their rhizosphere soil under no continuous cropping(CK),2 years of continuous cropping(CM2),and 9 years of continuous cropping(CM9)as re-search objects.Agronomic traits of chrysanthemums and the nutrient content of soil were determined,and the changes in growth indicators of chrysanthemums and nutrient content of rhizosphere soil under different years of continuous cropping were analyzed.The results showed that continuous cropping led to nutrient imbalance in the soil,poor growth state and lower quality of chrysanthemums.After long-term(9 years)continuous crop-ping,the organic carbon and total potassium content of the soil decreased by 39%and 5%respectively,com-pared to the control,while the total nitrogen and total phosphorus content increased by 60%and 71%,respec-tively.Compared to the control,the root length,root volume and root surface area of chrysanthemums were de-creased by 31%,22%and 39%respectively.While,the ornamental characteristics of chrysanthemums,such as plant height,stem diameter,and flower diameter,decreased by 20.0 cm,1.60 mm and 10.0 cm,respec-tively.This study analyzed the growth status of chrysanthemums and the changes in soil chemical properties un-der continuous cropping.Providing theoretical support for the rational formulation of measures to alleviate con-tinuous cropping obstacles and fertilization strategies.
