高粱种质资源成熟期氮效率评价及筛选
Evaluation and Screening of Nitrogen Efficiency of Sorghum Germplasm Resources at Maturity Stage
摘要
Abstract
Nitrogen,as an important element affecting crop growth and development,is one of the important limiting factors for crop yield.Nitrate Reductase(NR),as a rate-limiting enzyme for nitrogen uptake and uti-lization in higher plants,directly regulates nitrogen metabolism.Therefore,nitrate reductase activity of leav-es,as an important physiological index affecting sorghum yield,was used to evaluate nitrogen uptake and utili-zation efficiency.In this study,97 sorghum materials from different sources were selected,and the nitrate re-ductase activities of 97 sorghum materials at maturity were determined,which laid a foundation for screening sorghum materials with high nitrogen efficiency.关键词
