Abstract
In order to reduce the cost of quarrying and blasting in Xigou open-pit stone material plant and improve economic benefits,this article applies the technology of air bag interval charging device,and compares the blasting experiments of 150 mm and 100 mm boreholes.At the same time,a comparison of reverse and forward detonation experiments inside the open-pit boreholes is conducted.The results show that using the air bag spacing device in the middle of the blast hole for open-pit mine step blasting,the electronic detonator detonates one end with explosives and then uses its detonation wave to detonate the other end with explosives.The blasting effect of the larger hole diameter is better than that of the smaller hole diameter.After adopting sacrificial detonation technology,energy conservation,emission reduction,and efficiency improvement have been achieved.Compared with the forward detonation blasting method,the reverse detonation blasting method has a better blasting effect.关键词
