Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high risk and difficult management in the safety management of the crushing station of the surface production system in the south open-pit coal mine of Xinjiang Tianchi Energy,and the previous safety management method only using machinery not safe enough,the article a very effective safety early warning system designed.The article uses a series of information and intelligent management and control methods such as portrait capture and recognition,regional electronic fence warning,equipment interlocking start and stop,and centralized control system intelligent broadcast warning to continuously improve the level of safety management.The results show that after the installation and modification of the safety warning system in the crushing station of the ground production system,the intelligence of the safety management of the crushing station were realized,which not only changed the safety unreliability of traditional mechanical protection,but also solved the labor intensity of manual monitoring and monitoring and greatly improved the reliability of safety management.关键词
