Abstract
This article introduces the overall structure of HSDJY-500 shovel tail line cable reel and release car,analyzes the automatic,manual and linkage operation modes of HSDJY-500 shovel tail line cable reel and release car,and elaborates the operation processes of walking,cable release,random cable adjustment and emergency stop.The results show that HSDJY-500 shovel tail line cable winding and discharging car has been installed,adjusted and used in the south open-pit coal mine,which can reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce the staff and increase efficiency,extend the service life of the cable,improve the work safety,and improve the economic and safety benefits of the south open-pit coal mine.关键词
