"胜任素质"模型下大学生创新创业心理素质研究
Research on the Psychological Quality of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship under the Model of"Competence Model"
摘要
Abstract
In today's fast-changing social environment,the cultivation of the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students has become the key to promoting employment and economic development.Under the guidance of the"Competence model",a self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of college students'"Competence Model"innovation and entrepreneurship ability,cognition,awareness,will,and character.The results of the study found that the psychological quality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students needs to be further improved,and there are significant differences in terms of gender,grade,and birthplace.Based on the reasons for the differences,corresponding educational suggestions are proposed to improve the psychological quality of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students and help them give full play to their personal potential and pursue innovation and success.关键词
