北京地区12所二级以上医院助产士对分娩镇痛认知及支持度的调查研究
An investigation on midwives'attitudes and the extent of support towards labor analgesia at 12 hospitals of secondary and higher level in Beijing

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current situation of the attitudes and support of the midwives towards labor analgesia,in order to carry out education for parturients and promote the implementation of labor analgesia.Methods With the adoption of cross-sectional survey method,self-designed questionnaires about labor analgesia were distributed via WeChat,targeting the midwives working at 12 hospitals of secondary and higher level in Beijing,from October to December 2021.The content of investigation included 10 questions such as constitution of staff,cognition of knowledge,extent of support.Results A total of 127 questionnaires were collected in total.A wide range of participants was targeted,involving those working at public and private medical institutions of secondary and tertiary level.Altogether 78.7％of the midwives had working experience for more than 5 years and position above senior registered nurse.80.3％of the midwives believing intrathecal nerve block is the most effective and reliable method of labor analgesia.The main concerns that the midwives had on labor analgesia were concentrated on the following parts,affecting labor stage(70.9％),shortage of staff(37.8％),increased workload(36.2％).The midwives were most worried about the adverse effect of anesthetics on the respiration of parturients and fetuses(75.6％).Although 96％of the midwives support the intrathecal nerve block and 97.6％of them expected it to achieve higher proportion of implementation,the proportion of labor analgesia was less than 40％for 24.4％medical institutions in the last three months.Conclusion The effect of intrathecal nerve block was definite and was widely accepted by the midwives.Meanwhile,the midwives did have some prominent concerns on the cognition of labor analgesia,along with staff shortage which could inhibit the promotion to some extent.Publicity and education as well as labor supply should be taken into consideration in order to promote a better implementation of labor analgesia.关键词
