四位一体多功能疼痛评估工具的研制和临床应用效果评价
Development and clinical application of a four-in-one multifunctional pain assess-ment tool

Abstract
Objective To design a new type of multifunctional pain assessment tool and evaluate its clinical effects.Methods Three hundred patients undergoing surgery from April 1,2021 to June 1,2021,were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=140)and the control group(n=160).The observation group used the four-in-one multifunctional pain assessment tool for pain eval-uation,and the control group used conventional pain assessment tools,such as numeric rating scale(NRS),visual analog scale(VAS),verbal rating scale(VRS),and faces pain scale-revised(FPS-R)for pain assessment.The time required for the first pain assessment and the number of interpretations of the pain assessment tool used by the two groups of patients were evaluated,and the nurses'satisfaction with the use of the pain assessment tool.Results The correct evaluation time and interpretation time of NRS,VAS,VDS,FPS-R and multifunctional pain assessment tools were 34.65±1.42,31.28±1.65,21.26±1.85,22.32±1.53,13.21±1.32,and the inter-pretation time were respectively 1.90±0.10,1.45±0.08,1.13±0.06,1.16±0.05,1.03±0.02,using Fisher's exact probability method,P<0.05.Comparing the total evaluation of nurses toward pain assessment tools,the satisfaction of using multifunctional pain assessment tools is better than that of conventional pain assessment tools(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-in-one multifunctional pain assessment tool can improve the efficiency of nurses'pain assessment and improve job satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
