Abstract
The management experience of anesthesia nursing was summed up from the successful completion of 40 cases of pediatric out-patients receiving oral therapy under general anesthesia after nasal intubation.The anesthesia nursing focuses on preoperative evaluation,psychological nursing and water fasting nursing before treatment.Meanwhile,nurses should instruct the family members of the children to cooperate with the anesthesiologist to complete the anesthesia induction of the children.Nasal intubation may damage the nasal cavity of the child and harm the fixation of the catheter after intubation,which should be fully evaluated by nurse anesthetists and performed in coordination with the anesthesiologist.It is important to maintain stable vital signs,record the process of general anesthesia and ensure its integrity during treatment.After the treatment,the nursing observation during the period of anesthesia and recovery of the children was strengthened,and nurse anesthetists assisted the anesthesiologist to assess whether the children meet the discharge criteria,and then follow-up education was conducted for the children and their families.All of the 40 pediatric patients underwent painless oral diagnosis and treatment under general anesthesia by nasal intubation successfully.关键词
