麻醉学专业本科毕业生对能力培养和教学保障的满意度调查研究
Investigation on the satisfaction level of undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology in terms of ability training and teaching assurance

Abstract
Objective This study aims to improve future talent training for undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology by evaluating the satisfaction level of anesthesia graduates on their ability training and teaching guarantee.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 595 graduates of a medical school majoring in anesthesiology.Results The curriculum of the anesthesiology provides students with opportunities to develop their abilities in areas such as professional knowledge,teamwork,and psychological quality.Moreover,the teach-ing staff,practice base and teaching process management were highly regarded by the students.At the beginning of their employment,however,students were unsatisfied with their job adaptability at the grassroots,writing skills and scientific research ability.In terms of student management and guarantee of teaching conditions,there remains room for improvement.Conclusion It is necessary to fully consider the requirement between the actual job ability requirements and the teaching guarantee when developing a competency-oriented undergraduate talent training process for anesthesia majors.The analysis of satisfaction with these two aspects will facilitate timely adjust-ments to the training program and improved teaching support so that the education goal of cultivating excellent undergraduate anesthesia talent can be achieved.关键词
