摘要
Abstract
As the first batch of training bases for deficient talents in anesthesiology in Xinjiang,the teaching practice and further explo-ration have been implemented in the Department of Anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.This pa-per summarizes the specific practices of cultivating deficient talents in anesthesiology and discusses the problems exposed in the process of cultivation.By further improving the practical teaching system and cultivating a homogeneous echelon of excellent talents,we improve the training of deficient talents in anesthesiology and promote the construction and development of the anesthesia discipline.关键词
