The Measures,Problems and Improvement of Modern Apprenticeship Led by British Employers

Abstract
Modern apprenticeship in Britain has entered a new stage dominated by employers by introducing new apprenticeship projects,improving the organizational guarantee of apprenticeship,strengthening the investment in apprenticeship and improving the quality guarantee of apprenticeship.However,there exist some problems such as the rigidity caused by the complete employer leadership,the inability of small and micro enterprises to participate in the apprenticeship,some employers obtaining financial subsidies for apprenticeships,insufficient management of degree apprenticeship system,and the unfair discrimination among apprentices,which are needed to be solved jointly by relevant stakeholders.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality orientation of modern apprenticeship,encourage small and micro enterprises to participate in the apprenticeship training,strengthen the reform of the degree apprenticeship system and promote the fairness between the sexes and races of apprentices.关键词
