摘要

Abstract

Based on survey data on recent graduates of finance and economics majors in vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province,this article adopts a bivariate Probit model to examine the supply and demand willingness and influencing factors of both enterprises and students towards employment positions.Research has found that in order to further enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college graduates,schools should cultivate their cognitive and learning abilities.At the enterprise level,diversified cooperation should be carried out with vocational colleges.At the government level,it is necessary to give full play to its management and service functions.
