校企协同提升高职学生就业能力的策略探究
Research on Strategies for Promoting the Employment Ability of Vocational College Students through School-Enterprise Collaboration
摘要
Abstract
According to a survey conducted by employers on the employability of vocational college graduates,it is understood that the main employers of graduates are private small and medium-sized enterprises.The nine secondary indicators of graduates'professional literacy and employability,including"execution ability,psychological adjustment ability,and understanding ability",need to be further strengthened.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes the problems of different entities such as enterprises,schools,teachers,and students in the collaborative education between schools and enterprises.Based on questionnaire surveys,problem analysis and practical work,it is proposed to"create a strong professional atmosphere by enriching campus culture","fill students'employability gaps through job adaption training","promote cooperation between schools and enterprises through mechanism construction","add practical courses by optimizing talent training programs","strengthen the practice of integration of enterprises with schools and universities through rich cooperation methods",and through measures such as reform to improve the effectiveness of psychological and employment guidance,we aim to promote the improvement of vocational college students'employability.关键词
