叙事视角下中华优秀传统文化赋能职业院校劳动教育策略研究
A Study on the Strategies of Empowering Labor Education in Vocational Colleges with Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture from the Narrative Perspective

Abstract
The life cognition contained in the Chinese excellent traditional culture provides the driving force for the reconstruction of labor thinking and value,and the moral emotion contains the driving force for the reconstruction of labor ethics.At present,the lack of cultural governance and cultural identity exists in the labor education of vocational colleges.Because of the process of labor education itself and the characteristics of focusing on the growth of individuals,labor narrative is the most easy to become an educational force,and in such a background,it is easier to stimulate cultural innovation and promoting the modernization of Chinese excellent traditional culture.From the perspective of"labor narrative",this paper puts forward the strategies of Chinese excellent traditional culture to empower labor education:cultivate the thinking of"subject-object unity"and cultivate labor ecological ethics;strengthen the narration of labor myth and cultivate the value of labor responsibility;construct"extremely lean"narrative and cultivate the spirit of labor craftsman;develop the process narrative of"Heaven rewards the diligent"and cultivate the creative thinking of labor.关键词
