On Program of Action for Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China

Abstract
"The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council of China on Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of a Beautiful China"is a program of action for comprehensively promoting the building of a beautiful China.In accordance with the Opinions,we should handle well the relationship between high-quality development and high-level protection,critical points and coordinated governance,natural restoration and artificial restoration,external constraints and endogenous driving forces,as well as"dual carbon"commitments and independent actions.The"five relationships"is the new development of Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization,which should be taken as the overall requirement for the building of a Beautiful China.We should adhere to the all-field green transformation,all-round upgrading of ecological civilization,all-region construction of ecological civilization,and all-social action in the field of building an ecological civilization,and take the above"four alls"as an overall method for building a Beautiful China.We should adhere to Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization as the guide,adhere to the unity of ecological civilization and modernization by developing new quality productive forces as the practical basis,adhere to the integration of digital intelligence technology and green technology as the driving force and adhere to the leadership of the CPC as the political guarantee.The four points should be taken as the key measures for the building of a Beautiful China.关键词
