基于燃烧状态反馈的柴油机低温冷起动逐循环控制研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research on Cycle-by-Cycle Diesel Engine Control of Low Temperature Cold Start Based on Combustion State Feedback
为改善低温冷起动工况不良燃烧循环,利用 CompactRIO 控制器开发了燃烧状态反馈系统,实现了缸压采集和燃烧状态参数实时计算及反馈.设计试验探明了不同温度和转速下喷油时刻对 CA50(缸内累积放热量达到 50%时所对应的曲轴转角)的影响规律,提出了基于燃烧状态反馈的喷油时刻逐循环控制方法,实现了燃烧参数与控制参数的匹配.采用该控制方法后 CA50 更集中在高效燃烧区间,最高燃烧压力更高且不良燃烧循环得到改善,起动时间平均减少 36%,有效改善了柴油机低温冷起动性能.
In order to improve the poor combustion cycle of low-temperature cold starting conditions,a combustion status feedback system was developed by CompactRIO controller.The cylinder pressure acquisition and real-time calculation and feedback of combustion state parameters were achieved.The influences of injection timing on CA50(the crank angle corresponding to the cumulative heat release in the cylinder reaches 50%)at different temperatures and speeds were researched by experiments.The cycle-by-cycle control method of injection timing based on the feedback of combustion state was proposed,achieving the matching of combustion parameters and control parameters.After the control method was adopted,the CA50 was more concentrated in the efficient combustion zone,the maximum combustion pressure was higher and the bad combustion cycle was improved.And the starting time was reduced by 36%on average,which effectively improved the performance of low temperature cold starting of the diesel engine.
