摘要

Abstract

A new type of tubular phase change heat accumulator for building energy saving is proposed.The heat transfer mechanism of its internal flow under unsteady conditions is studied.The heat storage/release process of the casing phase change accumulator is numerically simulated by computational fluid dynamics method.The effects of heat carrier temperature and velocity on the melting and solidification rate of phase change materials are analyzed.The calculation results show that with the increase of heat transfer temperature difference and the increase of heat carrier velocity,the heat storage/release performance of the tubular phase change accumulator is better.The conclusions can be used as reference for the realization of efficient and rapid heat storage/release process.
