Influence of Rolling Tension Technology on the Mode Frequencies Characteristics of 75Cr1 Circular Sawblade

Abstract
The mode analysis of circular sawblade under different rolling tension technologies were obtained by the finite element analysis(FEA)to improve the vibration behavior of 75 Cr1 circular sawblade.The re-search obtained the mode shapes and natural frequencies of rotating circular sawblades in the range of tooth pass frequencies.The mode test revealed that all the natural frequencies of the circular sawblade would in-crease after rolling tension,validating the effectiveness of the FEA.The results show that the mode shapes are reduced in the frequency range of(5,954~7,578)Hz after rolling tension of circular(saw-blade).The order of mode shapes changes,with high-order shapes moving to low-order and middle-order shapes moving to high-order.The natural frequencies distribution pattern is changed Circular(sawblade)before rolling tension has uniformly distributed natural frequencies in the tooth pass frequency range.Cir-cular(sawblade)after rolling tension no longer has uniform distribution of natural frequencies in the tooth pass frequency range,showing a dense front section and sparse back section distribution characteristic.关键词
