At present,the intensification of competition in the whole vehicle market puts forward higher requirements for the market response speed of the main engine factory and the reduction of bicycle manufacturing cost.This paper proposes to turn the whole factory into a whole,integrate multiple systems by solving the information isolated island,and make full use of big data technology to integrate production,logistics,energy and quality data and application,so as to achieve the goal of intelligent control and management,rapid order response and cost reduction in the automobile manufacturing industry.
