某600MW机组主蒸汽管道热胀位移异常分析及处理

Abstract
In view of the abnormal thermal expansion displacement of the main steam pipe of a 600 MW unit,the load test method is used to obtain the actual lifting point load.It is found that the original hanger design load is less than the actual lifting point force of the pipeline and can not meet the load-bearing requirements of the pipeline,resulting in insufficient upward thermal expansion displacement of the pipeline.Finally,in line with the principle of economy and effectiveness,the fault is effectively solved by replacing a group of constant force hangers and changing the horizontal limit structure type,which effectively ensures the safe and stable operation of the pipeline,and also provides reference experience for the treatment of similar faults.关键词
