强富水区山岭隧道穿越断层破碎带施工技术研究

Abstract
In order to reduce the risk of water gushing and mud outburst in the construction of the tunnel passing through the fault fracture zone,based on the physical project of Gudoushan Tunnel,this paper adopts the geological prediction technology of"TSP+ geological radar and advanced geological drilling"to find out the stratum condition and water-rich degree in front of the tunnel face,and puts forward the key construction technology of the tunnel crossing the fault fracture zone in the water-rich area.The main contents are as follows.The tunnel entrance open excavation method and the tunnel smooth blasting technology are put forward,and the excavation methods of double side wall guide method,single side wall guide method and three-step seven-part method in the surrounding rock section of the tunnel are put forward.The supporting method of combining S-Vb tunnel lining structure with full-section curtain grouting and strengthening water discharge technology is adopted,in which the whole bearing structure is the combined structure of initial support system and secondary mold lining.The key construction technology effectively avoids the phenomenon of water inrush and mud gushing in the construction of Gudoushan Tunnel and can guide the construction of similar projects.关键词
