摘要

Abstract

Taking a municipal bridge as an example,the main technical points of hanging basket cantilever construction of prestressed cast-in-place box girder are analyzed according to this project,and the form and structure of hanging basket are defined.Based on leveling at the top of the beam section,installing external formwork walking beam,detecting the position of walking beam and other forms to determine the hanging basket movement mode,through formwork construction,continuous beam cantilever pouring,cantilever casting box beam construction monitoring,prestress construction,channel grouting and anchoring,unloading hanging basket and other processes.Reasonable use of specific control measures during construction,including foundation settlement control,concrete quality control,web oblique crack control,bearing pre-offset control,segment inclination control.The results show that by standardizing the construction process and reasonably applying the construction control measures,the construction level of hanging basket cantilever of prestressed cast-in-place box girder can be improved and the quality of bridge construction can be optimized.
