高校纸本图书使用者的本科生用户画像构建
摘要
Abstract
Taking the undergraduate users of college paper books as the research object and constructing the user portrait of college paper books can identify the users more deeply,improve the resource construction and service quality of paper books more effectively,and then improve the user experience and promote students to read in depth systematically.By selecting the hierarchi-cal label method for constructing the user portrait,based on the existing RFM model,an LRFM model is constructed to identify the user groups with common characteristics and finally complete the construction of the user portrait.Based on the real data,the user portrait model constructed in this paper is verified to be effective.关键词
