摘要

Abstract

In 2016,175 countries officially signed The Paris Agreement,which aims to keep the global average temperature rise to"well below"2℃above pre-industrial levels and"pursuing efforts"to limit it below 1.5℃.Developing a circular carbon economy is precisely a response to the global climate change.Both China's"Dual Carbon"strategy and the United States'"Five Zeros"strategy are closely related to the circular carbon economy.On the other hand,AI applications with deep learning as the core have been flourishing in various fields,attracting worldwide attention.The circular carbon economy is mainly centered around the"4R"principles closely related to carbon.By studying the application and impact of deep learning technology in carbon emis-sions reduction,carbon recycling,carbon reuse,and carbon removal,the development status of this technology in the circular econ-omy is explored,along with its significance.The results show that deep learning technology has a positive impact on the circular carbon economy and has various applications in this field.Furthermore,this technology has great potential for future development.
