摘要

Abstract

The application of methanol clean fuel and its supporting equipment in civil cooking industry is a mature and fea-sible promotion technology in the field of expanding application of methanol clean fuel.In this paper,a new type of separately packed methanol fuel storage tank is developed.Firstly,six different rubber liner materials are selected to soak methanol liquid for a certain time.The results show that the anti-methanol swelling effect is in the following order:butadiene binder rubber,hydro-genated butadiene butadiene rubber,EPDM rubber,silicone rubber,polyurethane rubber,F rubber.Finally,nitrile rubber is select-ed as the inner tank material.Secondly,the release flow stability of methanol separate storage tank is tested.The results show that the liquid in the tank is completely released under the drive of inert gas,but attenuates with the flow release.Finally,the adaptability of the storage tank and the stove is tested,and the results show that the driving effect is similar to that of the tradi-tional electromagnetic pump,and it can be used as a diversified choice for methanol storage tank.
