基于等效电路与数据驱动模型的锂离子动力电池SOC估计技术

Abstract
In this paper,the second-order equivalent circuit model is used as the battery operating characteristic description model,and the untracked Kalman filter algorithm and the SR-AUKF algorithm based on Sage-Husa adaptive filtering idea are respectively used to estimate the SOC value of lithium batteries.The SOC estimation and absolute error curves of the two algorithms are compared and analyzed using different initial values and different noise variance.Then,under the data-driven model,the gated cyclic unit neural network algorithm is used to estimate SOC separately,and then based on the untracked Kalman filter algorithm,the SOC estimation results and absolute errors of the two algorithms in different working and temperature conditions are compared,and the best algorithm for SOC estimation of lithium-ion power battery under equivalent circuit model and data-driven model is obtained.关键词
