摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of different shapes of bullets on loading,the carrier carrier generated by 14 different shapes and sizes of bullets on the incident rod of SHPB device is numerically simulated by LS-DYNA.When the impact velocity is constant at 5 m/s,the bullet impacts the same size(50 mm)incident rod,and focuses on the waveform of the added carrier produced by the bullet.The results show that:When the cross section size of the bullet is constant,the platform section of the carrier increases with the increase of the length of the bullet,and the peak stress increases with the increase of the cross section size of the bullet when the length of the bullet is constant,but both the length of the bullet and the cross section size of the bullet have little effect on the time required to rise to the peak stress.For the variable cross-section bullet,when the cross-section size is constant,with the increase of the tail length of the bullet,the waveform of the carrier is closer to the semi-sine wave,the peak stress increases,and the rise time of the carrier is basically the same;when the tail length of the bullet is the same,with the decrease of the diameter of the bullet,the peak stress increases,and the rise time of the carrier is basically the same.
