Abstract
The condensate lift pump is an important equipment in the cooling water system of the nuclear power plant,and the abnormal vibration of three condensate lift pumps was found during the inspection.Abnormal vibration of condensate lift pump will affect the safe operation of the unit,so it is necessary to analyze the causes of abnormal vibration and put forward countermeasures.Based on the vibration test results,the vibration characteristics of the condensate pump motor,pump body and auxiliary pipelines are analyzed deeply,and the CFD calculation and analysis of the auxiliary pipelines are carried out,the causes of the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump and its ancillary pipelines are obtained,and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump and its ancillary pipelines are put forward,which lays a technical foundation for solving the abnormal vibration of the condensate pump in the power plant.关键词
