水泥窑纯低温余热锅炉常见问题及应对措施

Abstract
With the rapid development of cement industry,pure low temperature waste heat power generation technology of cement kiln is widely used in cement industry.This technology uses the waste heat flue gas heat from the air quenching cooler(AQC)and the suspend preheater(SP)to heat the waste heat boiler water;after a series of conversion,the boiler water is converted into superheated steam;then,the steam turbine unit is promoted to generate electricity.The application of this technology significantly improves the energy efficiency of cement manufacturing enterprises,reduces air pollution,and is an important measure for enterprises to reduce cost and efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction.This paper mainly introduces the working principle of the cement kiln pure low temperature waste heat boiler and the common problems in the operation process,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding solving measures.In order to provide scientific guidance for the safe and economic operation,maintenance,overhaul and regular inspection of cement kiln pure low temperature waste heat boiler.关键词
