为落实国家主体功能区战略要求,实现国家重点生态功能区生态环境保护和经济社会发展的有机统一,立足四川省国家重点生态功能区基本情况,分析其在保护与发展方面存在的问题,提出完善政府管理考核机制、保护修复生态空间、健全生态补偿制度体系及探索生态产品实现路径等四方面建议,为完善四川省国家重点生态功能区保护与发展模式,促进国家重点生态功能区高水平保护和高质量发展协调统一提供理论支撑.
