Abstract
In the context of the active implementation of the general contracting mode in China,there is still a disconnect between market operation and project performance in most projects.At the same time,there is in-sufficient depth of research and understanding of the project in the signing stage,which may lead to difficulties in project performance.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses the method of deep integration of market operation and project performance and its advantages,aiming to provide reference for the general con-tractor to obtain high-quality new projects and realize efficient performance.关键词
