Abstract
In order to better manage the performance of water conservancy projects using the EPC general con-tracting model,this paper takes the EPC general contracting contract of a water conservancy project as a re-search sample,expounds and analyzes the risk clauses in the contract based on the actual project situation,and summarizes the key points and methods of contract risk management of water conservancy projects under this model.关键词
